EVERY LEADER AND EVERY ORGANIZATION HAS AN OFFICIAL VERSION OF ITSELF AND A REAL ONE.

I WORK IN THE SPACE BETWEEN.

Every organization runs on two versions of itself. There is the official one, in the deck and the org chart, and the real one, where decisions get made, where power sits, and where the reasons things stall live mostly unspoken.

I spent my career navigating the space between them. At Heidrick & Struggles, I served in five different roles, promoted and expanded year after year, ultimately becoming Chief of Staff to multiple global practice leaders and head of workforce strategy, where I helped rebuild how a $100M practice went to market and contributed to 40% growth. I was later recruited to Blackstone, where I built the talent intelligence platform used to evaluate leaders across more than 250 portfolio companies, surfacing 10,000+ executives and reducing external search costs by $12M.

What made the work mine was never just the ability to read the data. It was the ability to read the room at the same time to build and execute strategies that worked in practice not only in theory.

I made the calls, owned the numbers, and lived with what came after. I have sat on both sides of these decisions: the one being judged and the one doing the judging. I know how the room actually works.

Here is what that means for you.

The moments that shape a senior career rarely appear on the calendar in advance. They are the transitions, the inflection points, the moments where the role changes faster than the person inside it and the window to shape what happens next closes faster than almost anyone expects.

I work with leaders inside those moments. I tell them the truth they can already sense at the edge of their thinking but cannot yet fully name, while there is still room to act.

Not gentle coaching.

Clear judgment. Honest calibration. Someone who has been in the room and has no agenda but yours.

If you are standing in one of those moments, you already know it.

THE FIRST CONVERSATION IS EXPLORATORY.

No pitch. No commitment. Just an honest conversation to determine whether working together would be useful.
