I bring the perspective of someone who has led teams, navigated high-stakes decisions, and built strategies that have shaped how organizations grow and lead. My work is about helping you see yourself and your challenges clearly, act with confidence, and create results that last.

How I Got Here

I didn’t plan to become a coach. I began my career in executive search completely by accident, then moved into strategy, operations, technology, and human capital consulting at Gartner, Heidrick & Struggles, Human Capital, and Blackstone.

Along the way, I worked with senior leaders across industries, led high-performing teams, and built platforms that reshaped how organizations hire, develop, and retain their leaders.

During a pivotal career transition, I experienced the power of coaching first-hand. Partnering with a coach helped me uncover untapped strengths, clarify my vision, and take bold, confident action. That experience sparked my own commitment to help others do the same — creating the clarity, mindset, and momentum to achieve what matters most.
