EVERY ORGANIZATION HAS AN OFFICIAL VERSION OF ITSELF AND A REAL ONE. I WORK IN THE SPACE BETWEEN THEM.

I have spent my career connecting people, patterns, and performance so organizations scale without losing their humanity.

Most people separate the human side from the systems side. I never have.

At Heidrick and Struggles I spent seven years learning how leaders are assessed, how organizations make consequential people decisions, and what separates executives who scale from those who stall.

From there I moved inside. First to Human Capital, then to Blackstone, where I built the talent infrastructure and organizational intelligence that investors, boards, and CEOs rely on to make consequential people decisions. I sat alongside operators at the moment those decisions carried real financial consequence. I saw what good judgment looked like under pressure, and what it cost when it was not there.

Here is what I know. Every organization has an official version of itself and a real one. Every leader has a stated direction and an actual one. The work that matters happens in the space between them. That is where I have always worked.

The most impactful moments are not in workshops or annual reviews. They are in the live moments. A transition, a decision, a breakdown in execution, a team dynamic that has become structural. Those are the moments where the right thinking partner changes outcomes.

I am an outsider who has earned her way inside more than once. I see the system and the person operating inside it simultaneously.

I hold an ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation and a degree from Columbia University.

I work with a small number of clients at a time, by design. The work is specific and built around what each person actually needs. Not a program, not a framework applied uniformly, but a real engagement with the situation in front of us.

THE FIRST CONVERSATION IS EXPLORATORY.

No pitch. No commitment. Just an honest conversation to determine whether working together would be useful.
